About
Highlands Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf club in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, located at 6603 Ada Boulevard along the North Saskatchewan River Valley. The club was established in 1929, when the City of Edmonton authorized construction of the course and clubhouse; the west nine holes opened in 1930 and the full 18-hole course was complete by 1931. The course has been renovated multiple times since, including clubhouse updates in 1970 and 1996, an irrigation system upgrade in 2015, and a 2025 expansion of the kitchen and east patio. Alongside its golf course, the club operates Club 29, a restaurant open to the public, an outdoor patio with river valley views, and event and wedding facilities. Highlands offers multiple membership options and positions itself as a private club with an inclusive, community-focused atmosphere.
