Iron Link Performance
Golf performance facility
Iron Link Performance is a private one-on-one golf strength and conditioning facility built inside Cultus Lake Golf Club in Chilliwack, British Columbia — about an hour east of Vancouver in the Fraser Valley. The course sits at the edge of a park ringed by mountains and is one of the few places in Canada where you can play golf year-round.
The gym is intentionally small — two or three people on the floor at a time, no front desk, no waiting room. A typical session starts with a banded upper and lower body warm-up, moves into strength work scaled to the individual, then a metabolic conditioning block, mobility, and a debrief. Programming adjusts on the spot when a client walks in with a tight hip flexor, a weaker shoulder, or a pattern showing up in their swing.
Matt Evans, the head coach, brings more than a decade of CrossFit coaching, TPI certification, and a DRVN Certified Pro designation to the floor. The membership is built around Fraser Valley golfers — Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, and the greater Vancouver area — many of them in their sixties, seventies, and beyond, training to keep their swing and their bodies on the course for the long haul.
As a DRVN Partner Facility, Iron Link offers its members the full DRVN system: standardized assessments, the Golf Fitness Handicap™, and golf-specific programming members can run between their in-person sessions.
