Spark Pilates is a Pilates studio located in Lithia, Florida, that has been providing Pilates training since 2013. The studio offers private, semi-private, and group sessions with highly trained instructors who have completed at least 300 hours of Pilates instructor training and a college-level anatomy course. Group classes are intentionally kept small at 6–8 students, and the studio also incorporates yoga, Total Barre, sound bath with meditation, and nutrition and wellness education into its offerings. Spark also provides a Pilates Teacher Training program.
