Geoff Lew

Geoff Lew is co-owner of AERO Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in San Mateo, California. He earned his BA in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley in 1999 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2004, and holds board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He employs a multidisciplinary approach incorporating manual therapy techniques—including Active Release Techniques, Graston Soft Tissue Techniques, and Myofascial Decompression—alongside therapeutic exercises, and is TPI Certified and TPI Medical Level 2 certified. An avid marathon runner and triathlete, Geoff has competed in multiple IRONMAN events and World Marathon Majors, and has served as a Nuun Hydration brand ambassador since 2017.
