About
John Wagner is a PGA Class A Member and PGA Instructor at Optimum Golf in Denver, Colorado. A former college golfer and professional player, he won on the Gateway Tour and has shot 62 on five occasions. He has taught more than 30,000 lessons, and his students have won high school tournaments, earned college golf scholarships, captured club and amateur championships, and posted career-low scores. John is TPI Level 3 Certified and also holds certifications from Chuck Cook, GOLFTEC, Stack and Tilt, and U.S. Kids Golf. His teaching avoids a one-size-fits-all model. Each lesson is tailored to the golfer's abilities and goals, with the specific information and drills needed to reach their potential and build lasting confidence. He works with players of every skill level, from beginners to competitive amateurs.
