Marcus Forman

Marcus Forman is a co-owner and physical therapist at Centurion Physical Therapy in Midtown Manhattan. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1991 and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College in 1997, where he received a sports physical therapy scholarship. He interned at the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma at Lenox Hill Hospital and spent four years at HealthSouth at Lincoln Center treating dancers, athletes, and performers. In 2001, Marcus founded Forman Physical Therapy within La Palestra/The Center for Preventive Medicine, and has served as a clinical instructor for New York University's and Columbia University's physical therapy programs since 1998.
