He founded Azer Clinic in Galesburg, Illinois in 1982, with a focus on industrial rehabilitation, TMJ pain treatment, sports medicine, and orthopedic rehabilitation. He is a certified golf specialist for the Body Balance for Performance program and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.
