Darin Hovis is the founder of Par 4 Fitness and was voted by peers as a Golf Digest Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainer in America from 2019–2023. He is a licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Florida and has overseen wellness and performance programs for PGA TOUR, LPGA Tour, Champions Tour, KornFerry Tour, and World Long Drive champions over more than 12 years. Darin provides the Southwest Florida golfing community with return-to-play protocols following surgery, power and speed training, and 3D biofeedback drills using K-Vest technology and functional movement assessments. His certifications span the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) across Medical, Fitness, Golf, Junior, and Power levels, along with Full Body Active Release Techniques, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screen, and Precision Nutrition.
