Founded in 1896, the club features a historic golf course designed by Donald Ross and has hosted major championships including the 1962 PGA Championship and the 2026 PGA Championship. The club serves approximately 1,300 members and their families and is ranked among the Top 10 Platinum Golf Clubs in America. The clubhouse, in use since 1928, also offers wedding and event facilities including the Aronimink Ballroom.
